    1. I am an international customer, how to send payment?, what is the shipping cost?


      We are 2 payment methods:

      • For reail orders: PayPal (credit card and eCheck available, it takes 1 week to clear) and Money order /Cashier's check for USA.
      • For wholesale orders: PayPal and Wire transfer.

      Shipping cost will depend of the package total weight of your order. I am working with UPS (United Parcerl Service) by the moment.

    2. Can I combine shipping for my orders?


      Yes, you can combine shipping on multiple items. The system cart checkout on this website allows do it.

    3. When I can expect to receive my order if I sent payment through PayPal?


      We usually ship within 2 business day upon receipt of your complete payment. It takes 4 to 5 business days depending the country destination. For more information, please check our international shipping information

    4. How long can I expect my order if I mail a money order/cashier’s check?
      We usually ship within 3 business day upon receipt of your complete payment. After that our postal office takes the same time transit time above.

    5. Can I add any delivery instructions on the shipment?
      Yes, we will be happy to accommodate your request and add the delivery instructions to our postal office. In order for us to process your request accurately and efficiently, please include your instructions in your checkout process or when sending payment.

    6. Will I get a tracking number?
      We will email you the tracking number on the next week after shipping. You may also check order status online at your account.

    7. Can I pick up my order from you in person?
      If you travel to Peru you can visit us in our store or visit our workshops to see the making tack. Besides we have contact people t in USA and Europe.

    8. Do I need to pay customs/duty taxes at delivery?
      The shipping rates we quote do not include the customs taxes. For each country, its customs office may charge custom taxes/duties for imported goods according to the regulations. We're sorry that we don't have the information to estimate the tax amount. Please check with your local authorities for more information.
