We are partner to UPS because we work with a corporate account then we are able to offer best shipping costs. We are offering lower shipping costs to the following regions: USA, Canada, Europe and Asia by the moment.
The weight displayed in each product of our catalog is the dimensional weight of the package where go the goods and not the real weight. It is expressed in units of Kg. and it is calculated int the following manner:
Large x width x height (expressed in cm) of the box (package) / 5000.
Shipping transit time is from 3 to 5 business days depending of the country destination.
Shipping insurance is optional and it is from 3 to 5 % of your order value. If you want to take it, you have to inform us before you place your order.
Finally after your order was shipped, we will update your order with your tracking number shipment, then you are able to track it daily through www.ups.com.
